Things are tenuous in the States for Microsoft following a court ruling that could see the halting of Xbox 360 hardware imports, but the situation is pretty dire in Germany at the moment. It is being reported today that a German court ruling has granted Motorola Mobility an injunction against the distribution of Microsoft products in the country, including the Xbox 360 console, Windows 7 software, Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.

Microsoft may be prepping a $99 Xbox 360 bundle to be released as early as next week. According to a report from The Verge, the bundle would include a 4GB console and a Kinect sensor and would carry a monthly subscription fee of $15.
The bundle would be available at Microsoft Stores in the United States and offer access to Xbox Live Gold “and possibly some additional streaming content from cable providers or sports package providers.” The system would also include a two-year warranty.

Atlus is bringing Persona 4: The Golden to PlayStation Vita users in the U.S. as a fall 2012 release, the game’s website confirms. The Vita port was revealed back in summer 2011 for a Japan release as an expanded version of the PlayStation 2 game with new features and story elements. The Japan version arrives on June 14, 2012, but this is the first confirmation we’ve gotten of a planned localization for U.S. audiences.
