Stan Lee has revealed that he’ll be a playable character in Activision’s upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man game.

Late last year, Nintendo executive Shigeru Miyamoto commented on partnering more with western developers, similar to (or expanding upon) how Retro Studios was called upon to assist in the development of Mario Kart 7. Nintendo has refused to release The Binding of Isaac on the 3DS eShop.
Edmund McMillen, the designer of the game and Super Meat Boy, said on Twitter, “After a long internal debate Nintendo has decided NOT to allow the Binding of Isaac on the 3ds. ”
He went on to clarify why it was blocked by Nintendo in a subsequent tweet: “As many assumed the reasons were due to the games “questionable religious content”. Thank GOD Steam exists!”

In celebration of the fast-approaching launch of Kid Icarus Uprising for the 3DS, Nintendo of America is hosting a series of multiplayer tournaments beginning March 8. These will culminate in a national championship event in New York on March 22.
