Start: Wednesday September 1st 2010

End: Thursday September 30th 2010

Prizes:

Winner: $100 + T-Shirt with winning design.

2 Runners up: T-Shirt with winning design.

Everyone else: We’ve not left you out either! You get to buy the T-shirt with the winning design from the SpawnPoint Store.

How to Enter:

All entries are be made via email with the Subject ’SpawnPoint T-Shirt Competition Entry’, and should include your Name, Country of Residence, Age and Contact Email Address.

All images should be sent as a single attatchment, a .ZIP or .RAR and attatched.
Alternatively you may include a direct link to an external file host.

Please send all entries to competition@spawnpoint.com

Submissions must be submitted no later than 23:59 hrs(EST) on 30th September 2010.
Any submissions made after this date will not be counted.

Multiple entries may be submitted but must include all of the required information.
Please do not send large image files as attachments.

Selection Process:

All entries will be filtered by staff members prior to publication to prevent any images which may include any disturbing, inflamatory or harmful material.
Entries will then be published to the community for the selection of the Top 3 Designs.

The winner will be chosen from the Top 3 entries by non-participating staff.
Winners and runners-up will be notified by email and announced on the SpawnPoint Website no later than 28 days of the closing date.

SpawnPoint Competition Ts&Cs
It’s the boring stuff but we have to include it, sorry!

1. The competition is open to everyone. Multiple entries accepted. No entrant may win more than one prize.

2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 30th September 2010 at 23:59 EST.

3. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of SpawnPoint.

5. In the event of any dispute the decision of the judge(s) is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SpawnPoint reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The Winner must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. The prize will be dispatched within 60 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and SpawnPoint reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the competition rules.

7. The Winners details (name and country of residence) will be published on SpawnPoint and will be made available on request. Requests can be made via email to competition@spawnpoint.com.

8. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this competition. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
