Carmen Sandiego Adventures in Math: The Big Ben Burglary Review

Posted by on Jan 03, 2012 | Leave a Comment

The criminal queen of edutainment gaming was revived on WiiWare just a couple of weeks ago, as the new Adventures in Math series reimagined the classic gameplay of chasing Carmen Sandiego around the world by mashing up old-school Carmen detective sequences with some new Professor Layton-like math puzzles. That first release — The Lady Liberty Larceny — offered only one case for aspiring A.C.M.E. detectives to crack, though. Now The Big Ben Burglary offers the second. The gameplay here...

The stream video conference format, last used to announce the recently released 3DS firmware update, was used again as an announcement platform for some big(-ish) Nintendo happenings, namely some key 3DS release dates and game details. Note that all announced dates should at this point be considered "Japan-only." First, dates. The 3DS Fire Emblem game, bearing...

When Link is Dead

The report from earlier today that the first premium downloadable content...
