Square announces Hitman Absolution Professional Edition

Square Enix has lifted the lid on a limited edition Professional Edition of Hitman Absolution. Due out on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360, the feature-heavy bundle includes a copy of the game in a clamshell box, art book, making-of DVD and a code to unlock three in-game weapons via the Agency Gun Pack. This includes the Agency Jagd P22G pistol, the Agency HX UMP SMG, and the Agency SPS 12 Shotgun. Better get your pre-order in sharpish though, as copies of the Professional Edition are bound to sell...

    Zen Studios is going to be boarding the Sony cross-platform train in spring 2012 when it launches Zen Pinball 2 on PSN for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Anyone who already owns Zen Pinball or Marvel Pinball will get to watch in awe as their software is automatically updated (at no cost) to transform into Zen Pinball 2. What’s more, you’ll only need to own one copy to play on both your PS3 and Vita. Releasing alongside Zen Pinball 2 is Marvel Pinball: Avengers Chronicles....

Capcom has revealed that Resident Evil 6’s triple campaign offering will give gamers roughly 30 hours worth of play time. The horror sequel offers three distinct campaigns, each featuring its own playable character: Leon. S Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Jake Muller. Electronic Arts and Crytek haven’t officially confirmed the existence of Crysis 3, but an apparently accidental early switch-flipping on EA’s Origin service went and revealed the game ahead of schedule. Product listings for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC "Limited Edition" releases appeared briefly, along with a logo image featuring a NanoSuit-clad, bow-wielding hero-type. It didn’t take long for the listing to be pulled down, but NeoGAF (via Destructoid) was quicker...

Who wouldn’t want to be able to virtually kill Hitler? Well, quite a few people it seems. Since Rebellion Games announced that its upcoming shooter Sniper Elite V2 will feature “Kill Hitler” DLC, it has been inundated with hate mail from Nazi supporters. PS3 Game News: Resident Evil 6 Premium Edition Requires Lots Of Disposable Income

Capcom is going to be offering a high-end Premium Edition of Resident Evil 6 when the game launches in Japan on October 4, 2012, and it’ll be carring an insane price tag of 105,000 yen. At current conversion rates, that comes out to roughly $1,300 here in the United States (via Destructoid). It’s a Japan-only release, but U.S. residents who are willing to fork over that kind of scratch for a video game can probably afford the import costs as well.
