Mechanist Games has announced that the City of Steam beta will kick off tonight at 10:00 pm EDT / 7:00 pm PDT. The team is reporting that an aggressive development schedule took place over the past five months, allowing for new features to be added to the beta and a new zone later this month.

Jagex has announced that RuneScape will be making its debut for tablet gaming possibly as soon as winter 2013. In an interview with IGN, Mark Gerhard also indicated that the venerated game might also make the transition to consoles.

Module 1, a new teaser site for Neverwinter, has been released. Modules are what Wizards of the Coast calls new campaigns in the tabletop D&D universe. We are anticipating that this is a teaser for a forthcoming content patch for Neverwinter. Check out the site for yourself to see what we're talking about and then speculate away in the comments.
