Guild Wars 2 Release Date Revealed?

According to an ad spotted by game blog Kotaku, Guild Wars 2’s release date is June 28. Before you mark your calendar in pen though, the ad was supposedly spotted at a Fry’s in Texas, and retailers are notorious for using estimated dates for retail products. So it’s unconfirmed.
Developers NCsoft has this to say in a statement:

THQ had its annual investor’s call this afternoon, and with it came a few significant changes in the publisher’s upcoming lineup of games. Most notably, the Obsidian-developed South Park: The Stick of Truth has been pushed back into next year, and Tomonobu Itagaki’s Devil’s Third will no longer be published under the THQ banner.
Itagaki’s first non-Tecmo title is now looking for a new publisher.

There are three playable factions spread across the land in the newly revealed Elder Scrolls Online, and today we have the first details on one of them: the Daggerfall Covenant.
