The news comes by way of job listings for Senior Product Manager and Principal Program Manager, spotted by Superannuation. Activision and EA Settle Out of Court on Infinity Ward Lawsuit

The trial regarding Activision’s dismissal of Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella is still scheduled to go ahead on May 29, but the Call of Duty Publisher has reportedly settled out of court on $400 million claim it had made against Electronic Arts and their alledged collusion in the process.
