Tecmo Koei has said it aims to sell one million copies of its upcoming beat-‘em-up Dead or Alive 5.

EA Sports’ Chief Operating Officer Peter Moore has said that a large portion of gamers are still hesitant to divulge their credit card details for online purchases in wake of the PlayStation Network hack.

The NPD Group has revealed that bloody open-world sequel Prototype 2 was the best-selling game in North America for April 2012.
Developed by Radical Entertainment, Prototype 2 managed to beat out competition from Star Wars Kinect, as well as fending off new releases such as Mario Party 9 and The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings.

Capcom has forecast sales of seven million for upcoming horror sequel Resident Evil 6.
The figure comes as part of the company’s predictions for its FY2013 line-up, though doesn’t include the PC version of the game. Resident Evil 6 launches on October 2, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Ubisoft has announced the preparation of the first downloadable content coming for its upcoming release Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

Max Payne 3 hasn’t actually been released yet, however, that didn’t stop Rockstar from today releasing the game’s official launch trailer.
Max finds himself in São Paulo, Brazil, protecting the family of a wealthy man in hopes to leave his troubled past behind. Of course, things never go Payne’s way, and he finds himself having to fight his way through drug addiction, as well as thugs susceptible to bullet-time.
