Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland is the third game in the “Arland Trilogy,” capping off the three-alchemist deep adventure started in Atelier Rorona. The newest alchemist in the coven of Atelier alchemists is Meruru, a princess who seeks to improve her backwater kingdom of Arl through the power of Alchemy. The Witcher 2 360 Review

Played on: Xbox 360 When CD Projekt announced that they’d be porting their epic RPG The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings to Xbox 360, no one really seemed to understand why. Porting a sequel without the original game seemed weird, and were console gamers really even into the depth of a PC action-RPG? But after playing this 360 port, I now understand why they bothered: it’s because this is still one of the most pure, satisfying, and enjoyable fantasy-action experiences released on...

The Hitman series was first launched at the end of 2000 and has proven to be a very popular game over the years. It is a “stealth” game and puts you in the world of an assassin. To date, there have been four Hitman games and the newest one, Hitman: Absolution, is due out some time this year. The International Contract Agency (ICA) has plenty of funds and serves its purpose well: to provide assassination (and sometimes mercenaries) for hire....

Elsewhere the team jet off to Las Vegas for a glitz-riddled snoop at Namco Bandai’s...

There aren’t many things more annoying than sound and video issues, especially in otherwise wonderful games. Possibly one of the only things worse is the lack of a working save system. Sometimes though, accidents happen and issues arise. Luckily, some companies realize the need to fix these issues and send out patches to make your games play as perfectly as they can. When the Silent Hill HD Collection was released, it wasn’t as widely loved...

Game Review: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings: Enhanced Edition

Posted by on Apr 24, 2012 | Leave a Comment

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is a pretty darn good looking game. There is understandably some apprehension coming from a traditionally PC platform game making its way to the Xbox 360. Actually, you can see the game’s PC roots quite clearly, as it seems there’s an overwhelming amount of detail packed in. There are lots of varied locations like lush jungles, dirty ramshackle towns, and even caves that are interesting. There’s shadows and nice shafts of light pouring in through...
