PlayStation error code description: No DHCP server was detected, either from the Internet Service Provider or from your router.
Solution
Restart the PS3 system and attempt to connect online again.
Make sure your modem or router supports DHCP. If you are unsure how to do this, you will have to contact your Internet Service Provider or router manufacturer for assistance.
